Marketing Project Manager
$50,000–$60,000 + 20% Annual Bonus (Based on Goal Achievement)
We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Project Manager to help lead and coordinate our campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, streamline internal workflows, and ensure flawless execution across departments. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about marketing strategy, analytics, and delivering results, you’ll play a critical role in driving campaigns forward from kickoff through every stage of execution.
Project Management Focus
- Manage cross-functional marketing campaigns from pre-launch through live execution, ensuring timely delivery and coordination across departments.
- Use Monday.com to track tasks, organize deliverables, and keep clients informed.
- Serve as the operational backbone for campaign execution—creating timelines, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring no task falls through the cracks.
- Maintain internal communication between paid media, creative, email, and strategy teams, and ensure external deadlines with clients are met.
- Regularly update leadership on campaign progress, blockers, and performance against timelines.
Email Marketing & Campaign Copy
As part of your role managing broader campaign execution, you’ll also lead the development of email marketing and campaign communications—a key driver of investor engagement during crowdfund raises.
- Develop, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns for both pre-launch and live campaigns.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven email flows and campaign updates that align with each brand’s voice and fundraising goals.
- Implement lead nurturing sequences, retargeting flows, and segmented strategies to engage and convert high-intent investors.
- Design and test automation workflows to ensure timely, relevant communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Analyze audience behavior to refine list segmentation strategies (e.g., warm leads, high-intent investors, new Meta ad leads).
- Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and call-to-action strategies to improve engagement.
Collaboration & Cross-Channel Integration
- Work closely with paid media strategists, design team and client to align marketing activities.
- Ensure email messaging integrates seamlessly with paid media, social media, campaign updates and investor outreach efforts.
- Help implement personalized email sequences based on campaign milestones, investor interest, and real-time engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience using Monday.com required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using an email CRM (Klaviyo a plus)
- Proven ability to write effective marketing copy, emails and updates that drive action.
- 1-2 years of project management for an agency or marketing team.
- Excellent copywriting skills – you can craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused email content.
- Proactive, highly organized, and a natural problem-solver with a love for process and execution.
